Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we use your name, contact details and project information to respond and manage your enquiry. Enquiries are stored privately in Wix and a notification is sent to our projects inbox. The form does not sign you up for marketing.
Employee and client portals
Portal account details and access records are used to verify identity and manage access. Certificates, competencies and company documents are stored privately in Wix. Managers review employee access and document submissions. Clients can download only the current approved documents specifically allocated to them.
Subcontractor assessments
Lincolnshire Rope Access Limited is responsible for the information supplied on subcontractor assessments. We use information necessary to arrange and perform contracts with individual subcontractors, and relevant payment and tax details to pay subcontractors and meet legal obligations. Our legitimate interests in managing company subcontractors, contacting available personnel, staffing work with suitably qualified people and monitoring certificate expiry support the use of relevant contact and qualification details. We do not use this information for advertising.
Assessments are available to the submitting worker and authorised management. The management personnel directory contains contact details and declared qualifications; the training matrix contains names, document status and expiry dates. Banking, tax and fitness information is excluded from those exports and from client document allocations. Certificates separately approved and allocated to a client remain governed by the document-sharing controls.
Recording a short fitness declaration is optional and requires your explicit permission. You can choose a confidential discussion instead without being prevented from submitting the assessment. We use a recorded declaration for work safety, not to make an automated hiring or work-allocation decision. Do not include diagnoses, medication details or medical history. Withdraw permission by updating the assessment to private discussion or contacting management; the declaration is then removed from the current online record. Previously downloaded copies must also be addressed with management.
Wix provides the hosting and data storage used for assessments. The assessment collection restricts direct access to administrators, with identity and role checks in the portal and additional field encryption for personal information. Contact and qualification records are kept while needed for an ongoing working relationship or agreed availability for future work. When that ends, we review and remove information no longer needed, taking account of outstanding payments, tax obligations and relevant contractual claims. An optional fitness declaration is kept only while consent remains and it is needed for current work safety. Contact us for the retention decision applicable to your record.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask about restrictions, objection and other applicable data rights. If you have an unresolved concern, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and website services
Wix provides website hosting, account sign-in, the shopping basket and checkout. Essential session cookies support these functions. The client portal also uses a session cookie after email verification. Optional advertising or analytics services have not been added to this website’s source code.
